Hong Kong - 17 November 2010 - China Life Insurance (Oversea) Ltd recently signed a deal with OceanX to implement her flagship Fax solution - OceanFax Fax Server to integrate with Cisco IVR and Siebel CRM for its Call Center to send insurance documents to customers.
