Ageas Insurance Integrates OceanFax with Call Center and IVR System
Hong Kong - 14 July 2010 - Ageas Insurance Company (Asia) Ltd. recently signed a deal with OceanX for her flagship OceanFax for fax on demand.
East meets West in Ageas Insurance Company (Asia) Limited, one of several international insurance operations owned by Europe's Ageas Insurance. Serving the Hong Kong market, Ageas Insurance Asia provides individual and group life insurance, health and disability insurance, and investment products. It also acts as an agent for two general insurers - Ming An Insurance Company and the Asia Insurance Company - providing property/casualty insurance to its customers. Formerly known as Pacific Century Insurance Holdings, the company was acquired by Ageas in 2007 as part of that company's expansion efforts in Asia.
