Guangzhou - 3 June 2012 - A state-owned enterprise in Guangzhou, China recently has signed a deal with OceanX to use OceanFax Fax Server to effectively transition from traditional to paperless faxing, allow 800 users to send and receive fax directly from desktop computers.
